Refund Policy

If Park Place Commons East LLC terminates your Membership for Cause, you agree that such termination will be effective immediately upon notification of such termination to you, orally or in writing from Park Place Commons East LLC, and that you will not be entitled to any refund of fees paid by you for your Membership.  If your Membership is terminated by Park Place Commons East LLC other than for Cause, Park Place Commons East LLC will refund amounts pre-paid by you for the portion of your terminated Membership, on a pro-rated basis.  Upon termination of Membership for any reason, all monies owed by you to Park Place Commons East LLC, including without limitation Your Membership Fee, payment for Date Claims or any other amounts due from you to Park Place Commons East LLC, are immediately due and payable in full.
